Each time I plan our family's meals, the ingredients from the recipes I plan in Veggie Meal-Maker (VMM) are automatically added to my shopping list (and accessible on my phone). I browse our cupboards and quickly check off the items we already have on my smart phone, then add a couple things I know we're short on. When I shop, I get only what's on the list and check it off as I go. Then, at the end, those four little words.
It may sound silly, but it feels like my own little support team is on the other end, cheering me on. And, I can tell you, that's exactly what it is. Because, you see, Veggie Meal-Maker is the beautiful inspiration of my talented brother. He and his wife needed a vegan/vegetarian meal-planning tool to keep themselves in line, and what resulted was a tool they happily share with others.
And they don't support and encourage me just because I'm family. I know personally how devoted they are to helping others succeed in healthy living through successful meal-planning.
