I said to the man who stood at the gate of the year
'Give me a light that I may tread safely into the unknown.'
And he replied, 'Go into the darkness and put your hand into the hand of God
That shall be to you better than light and safer than a known way!'
These four lines used in the book "Safer than a Known Way" are what comes to mind as my mind races to all the unknown between now and our move to Florida. The facts that I know are few: Orientation begins July 26, school starts August 10, Daniel will be in Cali for a wedding July 23-26, he has limited time to work on lesson plans, I am not able to give work a 30 day notice and we have to move. Though the unknown overwhelm's me (when will we move? when will be my last day? will I need to find a job?), there's only one fact that matters: God is in control. With that in mind, bring on the adventure!!
